I bought the tickets through the site, and the info about the seating view was actually helpful. From our section at the stadium, the view was fine, so that part was okay. The seats though, after a while they felt tight. Overall not bad, just comfort-wise it was kind of average...

I had a really hard time finding what I needed. The navigation feels confusing, and after clicking around for a while, I started to feel less like a customer and more like just another ticket number in the system.

I went to a Dynamo game getting there was the worst part of the night. The parking was super confusing, and the signs around the lots didn’t really help at all. What made it more annoying was that the email seemed to say one thing about where to go, but once we got there it felt like a totally different setup. Traffic around the stadium was barely moving, and then getting inside took forever too. Lines were backed up, staff weren’t giving clear directions, and it just felt like nobody really had a plan. The game itself was fine, but the whole parking and entry situation made the night way more stressful than it needed to be.

I had a problem and reached out to support, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They walked me through exactly what to do, and the issue was fixed without any hassle. I really appreciated how clear and helpful they were.

Had a really fun night overall. The fans were loud in the best way and the whole place had great energy, if that makes sense. The only downside was that the lines got kind of slow at times

I mean, the place was fine and everything, but the ticket prices felt a little too high to me. Maybe I’m just not used to paying that much, but if the tickets were cheaper I probably would’ve felt like it was a much better deal, even if nothing else changed.

The selection was okay and I found a few things I liked, but am I the only one who felt like the shipping took longer than expected? Not a terrible experience, just wish it had arrived a bit faster.

Buying the tickets was fine... straightforward overall. The annoying part was dealing with my account. I had to reset my password, and then it took a little while for my tickets to load. Everything did work in the end, so no major issue, but it just wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

Went to a Dynamo game and grabbed some food at halftime. I got nachos and drinks, and they were good, I was going to say a little overpriced, but that’s kind of what you expect at a stadium. The line looked like it might take forever, then it actually moved fast. Staff was friendly enough too. Not perfect, but definitely better than a lot of stadium food spots I’ve dealt with...
